1. Acceptance of Terms

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, transfer funds between parties, or engage in any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gaming purposes.
• Collusion and Syndicate Play: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, sharing account information, engaging in organized betting patterns, or participating in betting syndicates.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, strategic patterns designed to guarantee profit, or any behavior inconsistent with recreational gaming.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software vulnerabilities, system errors, game malfunctions, or any technical weakness for personal gain.

okjli cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected criminal activity. Players engaged in prohibited activities may face legal consequences in addition to account termination.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

okjli reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account pending investigation of suspected violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unusual transaction patterns. During suspension, account access is restricted, deposits and withdrawals are frozen, and gameplay is prohibited. Suspended accounts will be reviewed and either reinstated with full functionality or permanently terminated based on investigation findings.

8.2 Termination by okjli

okjli may terminate any account immediately without prior notice for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, failure to complete identity verification, suspected money laundering, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or compliance with legal obligations. Upon termination, all bonuses are forfeited. Legitimate withdrawable balances derived from honest gameplay will be returned following completion of any required investigations, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to okjli.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Before closure, players must withdraw all outstanding balances or forfeit remaining funds. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances at okjli's sole discretion. Players seeking temporary breaks from gaming should utilize cooling-off periods or self-exclusion options rather than permanent closure.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. okjli reserves the right to charge monthly maintenance fees on inactive accounts with balances. Players will be notified via email before such fees are applied. Accounts remaining inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed, with balances escheated in accordance with applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okjli, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, "okjli Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

okjli Parties are not responsible for delays, failures, errors, or interruptions in service resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or equipment malfunctions. While okjli endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of okjli Parties arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which liability is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that okjli makes no representations or warranties regarding your likelihood of winning. All gambling decisions are made at your own risk. okjli is not responsible for gambling losses, problem gambling behaviors, or any negative consequences arising from excessive or irresponsible gaming.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of okjli services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team via email or live chat. Provide detailed information about your complaint, including account details, transaction references, and specific circumstances. Customer support will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. Most disputes are resolved satisfactorily through this initial process.

10.2 Escalation Procedure

If initial customer support contact does not resolve your dispute, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to okjli management. Escalated complaints require documentation supporting your position, including relevant screenshots, transaction records, and communication history. Management will review escalated complaints and provide a final decision within fifteen (15) business days. okjli's decision on escalated disputes is final and binding.

10.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of okjli services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using okjli services, you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

10.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution

For disputes that cannot be resolved through okjli's internal complaint procedures, parties may agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
